We’re  even thankful to our customers who call us for information on their account, because it’s always nice to hear from the people we help protect. We know that every customer interaction is important, and that every time we hear from you, it’s a validation that we’re doing well on our goal to keep Canadians safe. That is why we’re humbly thankful that we were able to secure awards at the annual ADT dealer conference.

This year’s conference was held in Phoenix, Arizona on an unseasonably cold and rainy week. During the conference, Alarm Guard’s best and brightest were studying the latest alarm system technology, home automation wizardry and high tech monitoring innovations that we can bring to market to keep Canadians protected. Exciting new innovations in home security coming out this year include new ways to remotely see your home and interact with your alarm system. When it comes to technology, Alarm Guard will always stay on the cutting edge to keep your home safe.

At night, an awards gala took place to celebrate the best home security companies in North America. It was a wonderful night filled with music, speeches and the brightest minds in home security. Alarm Guard was honoured to just be invited, but the awards for the company started early. Alarm Guard won an award for Customer Loyalty, something that the company takes very seriously. Alarm Guard is a company that thrives on referrals and the best way to get those is through creating positive customer experiences and having happy, safe customers. Alarm Guard is so committed to customer loyalty, we even introduced an internal loyalty department, and it paid off with the big win. That wasn’t the only award for Alarm Guard on the night.

Alarm Guard was then honoured with being named the top ADT authorized dealer in Canada again. The award is very meaningful, as there is a lot of competition in the market, but families trust Alarm Guard as the premier home security and home automation company in Canada. The biggest award of the night was yet to come. Alarm Guard won the prestigious President’s Award from ADT for our strength and core values. In keeping with the theme of protecting families across Canada, Alarm Guard was proud to be able to make a sizeable donation to Raising the Roofin conjunction with the President’s Award. Raising the Roof is a wonderful charity that helps Canadians in need find housing to keep their families safe. Alarm Guard is excited about being able to partner with them going forward.
