When asked from the CEO of Alarm Guard Mike Chaudhary regarding this acquisition he stated “ Under the current COVID 19 conditions most of the businesses are having a tough time and may be looking at shutting down their operations due to lack of business activities. Instead of following suit we are thinking of how to keep our staff intact as well as service our customers in need. Since the onset of the current virus we have limited access to customers’ homes and businesses for installation. We took this opportunity to acquire DIYProtection and their expertise and to combine forces to service our customers coast to coast in Canada.
